We process personal data for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
05 Legal basis for processing

- Client data · for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (statutory accounting retention under UK law)
- Technical and usage logs · up to 13 months

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or fully anonymised.
08 International transfers
Some of our processors may be located outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. When this is the case, transfers are protected by adequate safeguards: an adequacy decision recognised by the UK government, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or Standard Contractual Clauses with applicable supplementary measures.

These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control on internal systems, regular software updates, principle-of-least-privilege access, and reasonable backups. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.
